What it is

Splunk observability software and ThousandEyes network monitoring, reported by Cisco as its Observability category. It is the smallest of the four product categories, at about 1.7% of fiscal 2026 revenue.

Why it matters to the stock. Observability growth has been modest since the Splunk acquisition, so traders watch it for evidence that the software integration is adding recurring revenue.
