What it is
mRESVIA is Moderna's vaccine against respiratory syncytial virus, which causes severe lower respiratory illness, mainly in older adults. Demand has been weak since launch, and the company's own filings say RSV sales have been minimal.
Why it matters to the stock. mRESVIA shows whether Moderna can build a second respiratory franchise beyond COVID-19. Its sales so far have been small.
