The numbers
What it is
Oracle builds and runs AI data centers for OpenAI under the Stargate programme, including the Abilene, Texas site. Oracle has not disclosed the megawatts or GPU counts per site, so capacity is tracked from press reports and the company's own statements.
Why it matters to the stock. Much of the RPO increase is tied to OpenAI-linked capacity. Any change to the Stargate schedule or size changes the revenue path the stock is priced on.
