Bloom registers resale of up to 3.53 million shares held by Oracle

Bloom filed a prospectus supplement dated April 27, 2026 covering resales by Oracle of up to 3,531,073 Class A shares issuable on exercise of its warrant. Bloom receives none of the proceeds from these sales, and no underwriter is named. This is a resale registration rather than a new raise, but it lets the Oracle position be sold into the market.
