Caterpillar agrees to buy Fabick Cat, a 37-location dealer in the Midwest

Caterpillar agreed to acquire John Fabick Tractor Company, the Fabick Cat dealership that serves parts of Missouri and Illinois, all of Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The dealer runs 37 locations. The deal needs regulatory approval and is expected to close within 30 days. The price was not disclosed.
