Cisco unveils agentic Webex features, Claude in Webex and RoomOS 27 at WebexOne

At WebexOne in Austin, Cisco announced AI agents that can join Webex spaces, meetings and calls to carry out multi-step work, plus Claude in Webex built with Claude Managed Agents. RoomOS 27 is due in November with native Google Meet support, and new Cisco Cloud Control workplace tools were announced. Most items were given no availability date or pricing, so their revenue effect is not yet clear.
