Coherent demonstrates multiple 1.6T pluggable transceivers and 400G-per-lane links at OFC

Coherent showed several 1.6T pluggable transceivers at OFC 2026 that use different optical technologies, including silicon photonics, a high-power InP CW laser, 200G InP EML and 200G GaAs VCSEL. It also showed a 400G-per-lane optical link aimed at 3.2T designs. The release names no production dates and no DSP vendors.
