Lam Research and NY Creates to train about 3,500 engineering students with SEMulator3D
Lam Research and NY Creates, the not-for-profit that runs the Albany NanoTech Complex, agreed to give about 3,500 students process-integration training over five years. Lam will supply its SEMulator3D virtual fabrication software, so students can practise without a cleanroom or physical wafers. The program supports the National Network for Microelectronics Education in the Northeast.
