Lumentum's chief accounting officer to retire; Eric Chang named successor

Matthew Sepe told Lumentum on December 29, 2025 that he would retire as chief accounting officer. The company disclosed the change on January 5, 2026 and named Eric Chang, its senior vice president of finance, as the new CAO. Sepe stays on as senior vice president of finance until he retires in fall 2026. The change is administrative and carries little direct trading relevance.
