MercadoLibre tests one-hour Envios Agora delivery and adds 20 distribution centers

On September 24, 2026 MercadoLibre announced Envio Agora, delivery within one hour for items up to 15 kg, starting as a test in four to five neighborhoods of São Paulo city. The service uses couriers on motorbikes, cars and bicycles rather than the standard logistics network, and the company plans to expand it to the rest of the city and metro area. The company also said it will open 20 new large distribution centers in 2026, bringing its Brazil total to 72.
