Disney licenses Ice Age, Percy Jackson and Will Trent titles to Netflix on a non-exclusive basis

Disney and Netflix announced a non-exclusive licensing agreement on October 2, 2026. Netflix gets the five Ice Age films and the first two seasons of Percy Jackson and the Olympians from October 4 on three-month windows, Will Trent from November 3 and Shifting Gears from December 1. Titles stay on Disney+ and Hulu, so the deal adds library content for Netflix without taking Disney's own catalogue off its platform.

• Ice Age films and Percy Jackson seasons 1-2 start October 4, 2026, in three-month windows
• Will Trent (all seasons) from November 3; Shifting Gears from December 1
• Non-exclusive: titles remain on Disney+ and Hulu; early-2027 Pixar titles include Soul, Elio and Raya and the Last Dragon
