Nike Q3 FY2026: revenue flat at $11.3B, gross margin down 130 bp, EPS $0.35

Nike reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 results for the quarter ended February 28, 2026. Revenue was $11.3 billion, flat as reported and down 3% in constant currency, with NIKE Brand revenue at $11.0 billion. Gross margin fell 130 basis points to 40.2%, mainly on higher North American tariffs, and diluted EPS dropped 35% to $0.35.
