Rocket Lab names Agostino Ricupati chief accounting officer

Rocket Lab appointed Agostino Ricupati as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, effective June 3, 2026. He became principal accounting officer, a role Chief Financial Officer Adam Spice no longer holds; Spice remains CFO and principal financial officer.
