ServiceNow and OpenAI expand multi-year AI collaboration

ServiceNow and OpenAI announced a multi-year agreement that makes OpenAI models a preferred intelligence capability for ServiceNow enterprise customers. The deal covers frontier models including GPT-5.2, computer-use models for IT automation, and speech-to-speech voice technology that ServiceNow plans to build on OpenAI models. For traders it adds a second frontier-model partner alongside its other AI alliances, which supports the AI growth story.
