TeamViewer and ServiceNow launch multi-year partnership for autonomous IT operations

TeamViewer and ServiceNow agreed a multi-year partnership to integrate TeamViewer's Digital Employee Experience and Remote Connectivity products with the ServiceNow AI Platform. TeamViewer's offering will be sold as a packaged add-on to ServiceNow customers worldwide, with both companies assigning sales and marketing staff. The target is IT service management, field service and customer service management.
