Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow expanded their multi-year partnership to move enterprise AI from pilots into production. Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Group will act as large-scale validation environments before proven models reach other clients. Tech Mahindra will build a dedicated AI and Innovation Center of Excellence focused on AI Control Tower and EmployeeWorks.
