Audit committee chair Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah resigns from Shopify board

Shopify said director Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah, who also chaired the audit committee, resigned from the board effective July 2, 2026. He took a full-time job with the U.S. Department of Commerce. Chair Joe Natale is expected to take over as audit committee chair.
