SK hynix Q2 2026 revenue hits record 79.3 trillion won; operating profit 60.5 trillion won at 76% margin

SK hynix reported preliminary, unaudited second-quarter 2026 results on July 29: revenue of 79.32 trillion won, up 257% from a year earlier and 51% from the prior quarter, and operating profit of 60.54 trillion won, a 76% margin. Net income reached 93.92 trillion won, helped by a gain from selling part of its Kioxia stake, which also lifted pretax profit to about 122.7 trillion won. Shares in Seoul fell more than 9% that day despite the record quarter, and the release gave no third-quarter revenue guidance.
