Uber lifts Delivery Hero stake to 19.5%, becoming its largest shareholder

Delivery Hero said Uber's direct holding rose from about 7% to 19.5% of issued capital, making Uber the largest shareholder ahead of Prosus. Uber also holds an additional 5.6% through financial contracts. The stake gives Uber a large voice in one of Europe's biggest food delivery companies.
