Credo acquires CoMira Solutions for link-layer, error-correction and security IP

Credo said it has acquired CoMira Solutions, a high-speed connectivity IP company, to add link-layer, error-correction and security semiconductor IP. The company says the IP will support new scale-up and scale-out AI system designs and enhance its existing scale-out products. Credo did not disclose the purchase price or deal structure.
