Snowflake and OpenAI sign $200 million multi-year partnership

Snowflake and OpenAI agreed a multi-year, $200 million partnership focused on joint product work and go-to-market for AI agents. OpenAI models become natively available in Snowflake Cortex AI on all three major clouds, and GPT-5.2 is available in Snowflake Intelligence. The release does not give payment terms or a term length beyond 'multi-year'.
