WD retires 2026, 2029 and 2032 notes and Term Loan A-3 with 5.8 million Sandisk shares

In February 2026 Western Digital used 5.8 million shares of Sandisk common stock it still held to fully redeem its 4.75% senior notes due 2026, 2.85% notes due 2029, 3.10% notes due 2032 and Term Loan A-3, through a tax-free exchange.
