Intel hires Seok-Hee Lee as Foundry EVP to run advanced packaging; Navid Shahriari retires

Intel appointed Seok-Hee Lee executive vice president of Intel Foundry, reporting to CEO Lip-Bu Tan, and made advanced packaging a dedicated business under her. Naga Chandrasekaran keeps front-end development, manufacturing, design enablement and customer-facing functions. Executive vice president Navid Shahriari is retiring after 37 years at the company.
