NVIDIA and IREN plan up to 5 GW of DSX AI infrastructure with a right to invest up to $2.1 billion

NVIDIA and IREN agreed to support deployment of up to 5 GW of NVIDIA DSX-aligned AI infrastructure across IREN's data center pipeline over time. IREN granted NVIDIA a five-year right to buy up to 30 million shares at $70 each, which is up to $2.1 billion of potential investment, subject to conditions including regulatory approval. IREN's 2 GW Sweetwater campus in Texas is expected to be the flagship site.
