NVIDIA launches Alpamayo 2 Super, a 34-billion-parameter driving model for robotaxis

NVIDIA announced Alpamayo 2 Super, a 34-billion-parameter reasoning vision-language-action model aimed at Level 4 robotaxi development. It is meant as a teacher model whose knowledge is distilled into smaller models for DRIVE AGX Thor in the vehicle. The model was not yet available at announcement; NVIDIA expects it this summer, and the release named no automaker or robotaxi partners.
