Gulf of America deepwater
Anchor started production in August 2024 and the Gulf of America is cited as a Q2 2026 growth driver.
What it is
Deepwater oil and gas in the US Gulf of America. Anchor, in Green Canyon about 140 miles off Louisiana, uses high-pressure (20,000 psi) subsea equipment and is rated at 75,000 barrels of oil and 28 million cubic feet of gas per day.
Why it matters to the stock. Deepwater is the second US growth driver the Q2 2026 release names next to the Permian, so it sets the pace of US output.
