What it is
Exaion offers private AI cloud infrastructure under European Union jurisdiction for customers that need sovereign data handling. MARA's Q2 2026 shareholder letter describes it as part of the company's sovereign AI strategy.
Why it matters to the stock. Sovereign AI demand in Europe is a separate market from US AI hosting. Selection for a large consortium is an early sign of demand, but the company has not yet reported revenue from it.
