Ullal and Bechtolsheim sell Arista shares on August 5 and 6

Form 4 filings show CEO Jayshree Ullal and co-founder Andy Bechtolsheim selling Arista stock in the first two sessions after the Q2 report. Ullal's August 5 sales were at prices from about $197 to $209 per share, and Bechtolsheim's sales on August 5 and 6 were at about $190 to $203. The sales came right after the stock jumped on earnings.
