Shareowners re-elect Henrique Braun as director; plastics packaging proposal fails

At the April 29, 2026 annual meeting, shareowners elected Henrique Braun as a director with about 99.8% of votes cast in favor. A shareowner proposal asking for a report on plastics packaging policies failed with about 0.8% support. The results were filed on Form 8-K dated May 1, 2026.

• Plastics packaging proposal received 25.7M votes for (0.81%) and 3.17B against (99.19%)
• Directors serve until the 2027 annual meeting
