Costco raises quarterly dividend 13% to $1.47 per share

Costco's board approved an increase in the quarterly cash dividend from $1.30 to $1.47 per share on April 15, 2026. The new rate is about 13% higher and was paid May 15 to holders of record on May 1. It is the first increase of 2026 and lifts the annualized payout to $5.88.
