KLA sees 2026 advanced-packaging sales near $1B and WFE above $140B

On the fiscal Q3 call, KLA said its advanced-packaging process-control revenue should rise from about $635 million in 2025 to about $1 billion in 2026. CFO Bren Higgins said the wafer equipment market, including advanced packaging, should exceed $140 billion in 2026, and that 2027 growth should be higher than the 2026 rate. Gross margin for calendar 2026 was held at about 62%.
