Moderna hires Ester Banque as Chief Commercial Officer and widens Stephen Hoge's remit

Moderna named Ester Banque Chief Commercial Officer, effective June 15, 2026, with a seat on the Executive Committee reporting to CEO Stephane Bancel. President Stephen Hoge took on wider oversight of R&D, manufacturing and commercial across the three franchises. The company said it may launch up to three new products in 2027 and 2028, which makes the commercial build-out a key execution test.
