Nebius hires Clarifai's core team and licenses its inference technology

Nebius hired the core engineering and research team of Clarifai, led by founder Matthew Zeiler, who becomes SVP of Research. Nebius also agreed to buy Clarifai's inference and compute-orchestration patents and received a non-exclusive, perpetual license to its inference and reasoning stack. Commercial terms were not disclosed, and Clarifai's computer-vision models and US government work were excluded.
