Netflix moves its viewing report to once a year, starting with Q1 2027

Netflix published its first-half 2026 What We Watched report on July 16 and said it will move from a six-month to a yearly report starting in Q1 2027. Netflix says the change keeps the focus on revenue and operating profit. Investors read the cut in engagement disclosure as a reason for caution, since viewing data was one of the few ways to check engagement between earnings.
