Palo Alto Networks completes Koi acquisition for agentic endpoint security

Palo Alto Networks completed its acquisition of Koi on April 14, 2026. The company says Koi's technology will be combined with Prisma AIRS and used for a new Cortex XDR module, and Koi's product will also be sold on its own. The release does not disclose the price.
