Salesforce signs deal to buy Fin, formerly Intercom, for about $3.6 billion

Salesforce agreed on June 15, 2026 to acquire Fin, the AI customer-service agent formerly known as Intercom, for about $3.6 billion, subject to purchase price adjustments.
