Srinivas Tallapragada steps down as Salesforce president, moves to special advisor role

Salesforce said in an 8-K dated August 5, 2026 that Srinivas Tallapragada would step down as President and Chief Engineering and Customer Success Officer effective August 6. He becomes Special Advisor to the CEO through August 6, 2027, and his cash pay falls to a $75,000 annual rate after January 31, 2027. Product engineering and customer success therefore pass to other executives.
