ServiceNow and NVIDIA extend AI agent governance to desktops and data centers

ServiceNow expanded its NVIDIA partnership to govern AI agents from employee desktops to data centers. Project Arc, a desktop agent running inside NVIDIA OpenShell, is in early preview and is governed by ServiceNow AI Control Tower. AI Control Tower is also now part of the NVIDIA Enterprise AI Factory validated design, which is generally available.
