Salesforce and NVIDIA unveil Koa, a CRM reasoning model built on Nemotron

Salesforce and NVIDIA announced Koa, Salesforce's first CRM reasoning model for Agentforce, built by post-training NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super on synthetic CRM scenarios. Salesforce says Koa matches or beats leading models on CRM actions with three times fewer errors on its internal benchmark. It is available to select pilot customers now, with general availability expected in the U.S. in winter 2026.
