SK Group and NVIDIA plan $500 billion-plus partnership with 2 GW AI factory and SK hynix HBM supply

SK Group and NVIDIA announced a partnership worth more than $500 billion covering AI infrastructure and memory supply. It includes a 2 GW AI factory built by SK Telecom on Vera Rubin DSX infrastructure, with the first site due in 2027, and a long-term deal for SK hynix next-generation HBM. The parties signed letters of intent, so the terms are not yet final.
