Tesla names EMEA head Joe Ward to run global sales, service and delivery

Tesla promoted Joe Ward, previously its Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, to oversee sales operations globally. He is responsible for sales, service and delivery worldwide. The change came as Tesla's North American sales head left, and during a sharp European sales decline.
