Meta extended Muse to small businesses with skills and connectors for tools such as Canva, Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks and Slack, plus Facebook and Instagram business accounts. Muse can flag emails that need replies and draft them, but nothing is published, sent or spent without approval. Partners can apply to build connectors, which widens the Muse ecosystem beyond consumers.
