Seven EU countries adopt Dutch FSD approval; EU-wide vote not before December
Electrive reported on September 28, 2026 that seven EU countries have adopted the Dutch approval of FSD (Supervised) for their own roads. The EU Technical Committee on Motor Vehicles had only a 25-minute item on the Dutch application at its October 6 meeting, with no vote, so the earliest EU-wide vote is December. Europe-wide rollout stays country by country for now.

- TCMV meeting on October 6 has a 25-minute discussion slot and no vote
- Earliest possible EU-wide vote: December 2026
