What it is
CXL memory controllers that add memory capacity and tiering to servers and AI accelerators. The new Leo X-Series pairs with Scorpio fabric switches to create a memory tier for KV-cache and agent-context offload. Leo 2 E-Series expands CPU-attached memory and Leo 2 P-Series pools memory across hosts.
Why it matters to the stock. Memory capacity limits how large AI inference workloads can grow. Leo is the company's bet on memory connectivity, and it competes with other memory expansion products.
