Scorpio fabric switches
Scorpio X-Series 320-lane switch shipping to hyperscalers, with production ramp in the second half of 2026.
What it is
Smart fabric switches that link many GPUs or accelerators into one scale-up cluster, with the Scorpio P-Series covering PCIe 6 fabrics from 32 to 320 lanes. The X-Series is a 320-lane, memory-semantic switch that Astera calls the largest open fabric switch of its type.
Why it matters to the stock. The CEO said on the Q2 2026 call that Scorpio is expected to become the company's largest product family in Q3 2026, a quarter earlier than planned. Scorpio revenue therefore drives the company's near-term growth.
