What it is

Pace is Nike's operating model overhaul. It covers supply chain modernization, a new campus in Bengaluru, India, for Nike, Jordan and Converse, a realignment to three geographies (Americas, APGC and EMEA), and fewer roles over time.

Why it matters to the stock. Pace sets the cost base for the next several years. Management expects about $2.5 billion of cumulative savings, but the charges and job cuts come first. Fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS guidance of $1.15 to $1.35 excludes about $0.15 of Pace restructuring costs.
