PCB and component inspection revenue jumps to $241.1M in June quarter

KLA's PCB and component inspection segment booked $241.1 million of revenue in the June 2026 quarter, up from $154.1 million a year earlier and $167.6 million in the March quarter. The segment is small next to wafer inspection, so the swing mainly shows how lumpy electronics and substrate orders can be. Full-year segment revenue was $750.4 million.
