Palo Alto Networks completes Portkey acquisition for Prisma AIRS gateway

Palo Alto Networks completed its acquisition of Portkey on May 29, 2026. The AI gateway becomes the core of Prisma AIRS for monitoring, routing and governing autonomous AI agents, and it is to connect with Idira and Chronosphere. The release does not state the purchase price.
