Shareholders re-elect 13 directors and approve equity plan changes at annual meeting

Salesforce held its 2026 annual meeting on May 28, 2026, and shareholders elected all 13 board nominees, including Marc Benioff, Laura Alber and Parker Harris. Say-on-pay passed with 493.9 million votes for and 117.7 million against. Amendments to the 2013 Equity Incentive Plan and the 2004 Employee Stock Purchase Plan also passed, and a stockholder proposal on cumulative voting failed by a wide margin.
