What it is

x86 server processors for cloud, enterprise and AI host nodes. EPYC is AMD's share-gainer against Intel in servers. Venice (6th Gen EPYC) is the next generation, built on TSMC 2nm, and is paired with Instinct GPUs in Helios systems. Analyst Day targets call for server CPU revenue share above 50% over three to five years.

Why it matters to the stock. EPYC share gains lift Data Center margin and pull Intel's server share down. Venice on 2nm sets the pace for the next server refresh cycle.
